A quick one this morning.

A good addition to your hot sauce collection.

I recently purchased the Green Pepper @CholulaHotSauce I like hot sauce and this seemed like a good choice. 

The sauce is a combination of jalapeno and poblano peppers with vinegar, salt and garlic added. It has a bright taste and low to medium heat. It also has a tang from the vinegar that worked well with the scrambled eggs I had for breakfast but was just ok with the red potatoes that I fried up.

That said, I would still recommend this sauce. I plan on trying it with chicken. I think that it would be very nice with enchiladas or tacos…maybe some bar-b-que.
